FAST ON ACCOUNT OF THE WAR.
The Congregation of St John's Cathedral are requested to take notice, that on Wednesday the 13th day of June, a Public Service will be held in the church at 11 o'clock in the forenoon; and members of the Church of England are earnestly invited to attend on the occasion, and to set apart that day as one of Public Fast and Humiliation before God on account of the War, and of united prayer for the speedy restoration of Peace.
The Members of the Union Chapel will also observe the day as one of Fasting, Humiliation, and Prayer.
